Why does it always seem that when there are great weather conditions for taking realty photos, you're busy in the office or with a client? Then, when you have time to take the picture, someone has parked a car in front of the property and the sky has turned into a blah shade of grey.
Perhaps, a retouching job is what you need.
In the top photo below, the parked car and by the strings of wires detract from the image. The results of a professional retouching job are shown in the bottom photo.
After removing the distracting elements, the photo has been further modified with colour and perspective correction. A new sky has been inserted. The result is an accurate, yet more compelling, portrayal of the structure.

The professional retouching job shown in the above example would cost only about $25 CDN. When compared to the cost of travelling back to the location and waiting until the car has gone and the clouds look just right, this is an economical
option, indeed.

The retouching services we offer are solely for the purpose of enhancing an existing photo. Usually, this takes the form of removing a distracting element. We will not perform retouching tasks which are designed to misrepresent a property.
Don't even ask us to add extra windows or put new siding on a dilapidated shack. We can but we won't.
